ER2 embraces a LEAN culture and promotes the elimination of waste in everything we do. While LEAN thinking is typically found in a manufacturing environment, we have found LEAN thinking equally as beneficial in our own business model and processes.
The purpose of Lean is to eliminate waste through continuous improvement. In order to do that, we need to understand that waste is anything that does not add value to our partners.
