Established in 2010, we are a professional Technology Life Cycle Solutions company that caters to Fortune 1000 clients with multiple locations domestically and internationally. Through our innovative business model of shouldering the burden of responsibility of consulting, purchasing, installation, deployment, logistics, liability and reporting, our clients reap the many benefits both directly and indirectly.

Our clients have chosen to partner with us because they believe in the vision that it is possible to give generously to our community while still providing world-class services and support.

Most recently, we have been blessed to have grown rapidly with the addition of partners like those in healthcare who share the same vision and are committed to Be Responsible. Together we are able to continue to write our story as it continues to reveal new chapters that change lives in more ways than one and protect the world we have been entrusted with.

Improving team members are self-motivated and diligent. They are constantly thinking about the next steps and opportunities, finding ways to improve the process and themselves. They persistently seek constructive feedback and are willing to help others with improvements of their own.

Humble team members are quick to point out the contributions of others and slow to seek attention for their own. They share credit, emphasize team over self and define success collectively rather than individually. They are willing to do the less desirable for the benefit of others.

Team members that actively live out servanthood have the desire to first, before themselves, help and benefit others. They consider how their decisions and actions will affect their peers and choose selflessness over selfishness. They actively seek ways to set their peers up for success.

LEAN THINKING

ER2 embraces a LEAN culture and promotes the elimination of waste in everything we do. While LEAN thinking is typically found in a manufacturing environment, we have found LEAN thinking equally as beneficial in our own business model and processes. 

 

The purpose of Lean is to eliminate waste through continuous improvement. In order to do that, we need to understand that waste is anything that does not add value to our partners.
